2023 Show will be better than ever

  • MOVE – the Shepparton-based “Museum of Vehicle Evolution” will have the “1964 Cadillac on display from the infamous “Menulog” advertisements on TV, our apologies Snoop Dog is busy and cannot attend.

“ELITE STREET” Previous winners on display Cars and Bikes

Euroa Show & Shine president, Ian Langlands said, “With a renewed committee and new members it looks like the 2023 Show will be better than ever, this year we will be screening the film “Wide Open Road” The story of cars in Australia, this will be screened on Sunday 1st at the Euroa Community Cinema, entry will be gold coin donation.

The director Paul Clarke is a certified car nut and offered the film to use at our event.

Paul Clark is the co-writer of the new John Farnham film “Finding The Voice”.

​This year we will have on display previous Show and Shine Winners in the car and bike classes, displayed on “ELITE STREET” which will be on the Main Entry on Bury St, Euroa

Major attractions will again include some of the most popular from last year, with the Euroa. SES display looking to be re-located to a more visible location.

Confirmation of sponsors for 2023 continues, with GMCU once again confirming their involvement together with Triple M Goulburn Valley, one of the Euroa Show and Shine’s media partners. Euroa businesses BD North East Electrics, Nutrien Ag Solutions, Burtons Supa IGA are also confirmed.

​Car clubs will once again be back in force with Central Victorian Corvettes who were 2022’s Best Club Display winners, this year facing a serious challenge from the Mercedes Benz Club of Victoria. Commitments from many regular clubs and individual owners are starting to pile in, especially in the 1960s category with that decade being the featured era for this year’s event.

Something special this year will come from MOVE – the Shepparton-based Museum of Vehicle Evolution. This will be a “first” for the Euroa Show and Shine, and details are still under wraps.

We will tell you more as we get closer to the event date.

​Shepparton Volkswagen will be a featured display this year, with Darryl Twitt Motors again bringing several top-of-the-range brand-new cars to Area 4. In addition to the VWs, those attending maybe lucky to view the new Landrover Defender.

Don’t forget to dig out those old flares or very short skirt for a chance at the Just Cuts Shepparton 1960s fashion parade.

Get your EH Holden, XR Falcon or 60’s car for a shot at the Australian National Show and Shine’s numerous trophies/awards that there to be won, Best 60s car & Best 60s motorcycle.

Cost of living out of control? Not so with the Euroa Show and Shine, with the ridiculously affordable entry fees which have remained unchanged since 2016!
